Brian R. Sullivan
Prior to establishing the partnership of Sullivan & Carroll Law Offices in 2010, Brian R. Sullivan founded and maintained a private practice in Chelmsford since 1991. Mr. Sullivan has a general practice of law, concentrating on civil cases, including those involving commercial, contractual, employment disputes, motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and medical malpractice, in both federal and state courts.
In addition, his practice includes criminal defense, residential and commercial real estate transactions, wills and trusts, and probate administration. In 1984, Mr. Sullivan received a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. In 1981, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Lowell Bar Association.
John Byrne Carroll (1985-2011)
John Byrne Carroll was admitted to the bar in January 1985. He specialized in wills, trusts, and estate planning, and his practice included corporate and business law and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Carroll graduated cum laude from both Merrimack College (Bachelor of Arts in History in 1981) and Suffolk University Law School (Juris Doctor in 1984).
Prior to establishing the partnership of Sullivan & Carroll Law Offices in 2010, Mr. Carroll maintained his own firm in Chelmsford since 1991. He was also a respected and sought-after seminar speaker on estate planning and tax matters.
Richard J. Regan is of counsel with Sullivan & Carroll Law Offices. Mr. Regan concentrates his practice on personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and medical malpractice. In addition, Mr. Regan is the Second Assistant Registrar at the Middlesex North District Registry of Deeds in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Mr. Regan has practiced counsel with Brian R. Sullivan for several years and previously was an associate of the Law Offices of Ronald A. Martignetti in Boston, Massachusetts.
In 1984, Mr. Regan received a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. In 1981, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
